I’m not the one to throw rocks at competitors, but why not throw a couple at the terrible model?

So!

One of my competitors posted a story the other day:

“My sales calendar is packed, 5-6 calls every day”

What he’s saying is that he spends 3-4 hours a day on sales calls,

Probably another 3 hours shooting content and doing marketing,

Which comes down to 7 hours of chasing prospects every single day.

7 hours that you could’ve spent:

As a result - Overlooked Clients.

People who paid thousands of dollars for access to the coach have to wait for him to finish another sales call…

This is what this model looks like:

You chase prospects,
Prospects feel like they’re being taken care of, so they become clients,
Clients chase you, because you’re busy chasing prospects
Clients feel overlooked because you stopped caring the moment they became clients
